By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. D Lash is a beauty brand offering a range of tanning and cosmetic products along with personalised clothing/merch.

2. Products and Orders
2.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, colors may appear slightly differently depending on your device settings.

2.2 Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

2.3 Order Acceptance

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in [currency, e.g., GBP, USD, EUR].
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Klarna.
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days however it does say 5 days processing incase of busy periods. Clothing/any sprayed items is 14 working days due to having to wait on stock coming from the suppliers before I then personalise it. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and collection days are Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
4.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on destination and delivery method.

4.3 Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@dlashglasgow.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Returns Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on cosmetics or tanning productsunless they are faulty.

5.2 Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

5.3 Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discounts, and offers are subject to change and availability. They cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated.

Any allergic reactions or adverse effects from using our products. Always perform a patch test.
Any damage arising from use of our products, please be aware that self tan can transfer onto clothing/material especially in sweaty environments.
