Absolutely love every single gloss and the lashes just wow. Then theirs the personalised dlash wear and all my daughters unique ones demi has also made for us nothing is ever to much for demi shes a absolute gem. You won't be disappointed in any off dlash's products thats for sure.

Miley absolutely loves everything about DLash 💜 wouldn’t use any other tan on her it’s not harsh to her skin as she suffers for eczema and smells amazing would 100% recommend to anyone looking to have a tan for nights out dance comps or even just to feel good with a bit of colour 🫶🏼

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, colors may appear slightly differently depending on your device settings.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

2.3 Order Acceptance

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in [currency, e.g., GBP, USD, EUR].
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Klarna.
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days however it does say 5 days processing incase of busy periods. Clothing/any sprayed items is 14 working days due to having to wait on stock coming from the suppliers before I then personalise it. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and collection days are Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
4.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on destination and delivery method.

4.3 Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@dlashglasgow.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Returns Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on cosmetics or tanning productsunless they are faulty.

5.2 Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

5.3 Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
